Bought some replacement windows from them. I picked up and had them installed. They seem like quality windows and a comparable price with others I got a quote from. Hope to have many good years of use from them. Would buy more from them again.

Metro Windows and Doors installed 7 windows and a patio door for me last week and everything went great. Wonderful staff.

Terrible service! Received a quote from them to do all of the windows and doors on my house, and they were over 5K higher than all the other competitors. When I mentioned that, they brushed me off and told me "they can have the work". and hung up on me. not friendly people from the second they walk in the door. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worst company I have ever dealt with, poor costumer service. If I could have given it "0" stars that's what they deserve.

Worst experience with a company!!! I had a leaking door that I was told to take pictures of. After emailing pics, I called to follow up to see if they were received and if someone was still going to come out to have a look. After numerous phone calls and messages left over a weeks time....I still have yet to hear back. The worst thing is they put a Visa on file. I called a new company today and have someone coming this afternoon!!!!!!! Metro windows and doors has zero follow up and poor customer service. I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!!!!
