Terry and his crew did a full replacement of windows in my home. The work was completed on time and as quoted. We required a couple of small tweaks after the installation (trim pieces), and they were handled with the same care. We're very pleased and will continue to refer this company.

Attempted to contact Terry at Carrier Home Improvements multiple times via email, office phone, cell phone, left voicemails and did not receive a response in regards to issues with the windows that had been installed. Finally reached out to the manufacture and discovered he had gone out of business. The manufacture has been great in regards to honouring the warranty.

I have had this company come and do work on my home for almost 10 years, siding, windows and doors, they do it all. Wonderful workmanship, always on time and clean up after they are done. The jobs have always been completed on time and always at the quoted price. Terry the owner is great and it's a family run Nova Scotia run business.

Contacted this company via email on Feb 2nd 2017 for a quotation on 3 Atlantic Windows. I never heard back from them at all. Either they are very busy or just do not reply to emails. I purchased the windows from one of the big hardware stores instead.
