I haven't been to Kent's for a long time. A US based competitor had better service and better online sales. I walked into Kent's today and the customer service person immediately asked if she could help me. She called for the wheelbarrow that I wanted to be brought to the front. I paid for it right there. Two men arrived with the unit, carried it out and put it in my car for me. Fantastic service!

Friendly and helpful place. Great selection of clear pine at a reasonable price. Garden Center us open with a good selection of plants.

This review is based on my experience with the floor manager by the name of Dean. I submitted an application for employment to him directly. As soon as he noticed that I admitted to having a criminal record w/o pardon, he immediately dismissed it. He behaved like a drill sergeant, was extremely judgmental and had zero social skills. I will never step foot inside that store for the rest of my days.

Went to pick up a custom order. Service wasn't very good. Left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. A long wait and lots of confusion, also didn't get the bill right.
