Let's be honest here, ordered my windows in October 2018 with Chad, got a call beginning of November stating my windows were ready by Pam, made THREE appointments all they didn't show to with a call day of stating my big window didn't arrive. The 30th of December they show. Chad didn't order the two small windows of my side windows and said it didn't have condensation in them when he was here which is incorrect even his partner with him said the window seal gone. Both my husband and I ask Chad to replace our entire front window. Well then they start to replace my large bay window with one small laddar and one large NOT SAFE I have an upper level home. Needless to say they cracked it, both the orgiorig and the new. Than the installer goes to install the small side window pannel says he cracked it Chad ordered the wrong thickness. So now I sit here a month to Christmas with a cracked bay window and cardboard over my one side window. I spoke to Pam she said she would call me back with a game plan on Friday I left a voicemail with no response and did not hear back. Extremely disappointed I get it accidents happen but seriously this many accidents?! Maybe had your team physically seen the glass before making THREE appointments with me that would eliminate one accident, maybe had your staff shown up with proper SAFE equipment the glass wouldnt had cracked. And maybe Chad needs to clarify his work order with the home owners and double check his measurements this would eliminate all the accidents! Mayve your office staff should follow through with your clients as they had instructed! Extremely disappointed!
