Amazing, professional and personalized service from office to installer staff. Everything was clearly explained as to why the glass broke, how the system is assembled/made to how it will be replaced and price. There were no surprises and no mess. I will definitely use again if needed and will recommend Glass Doctor to others. Awesome service!!

called to get a quote for chip in windshield and was told that i could not get one cause they are only available for emergencies. The girl was rude about it too. Even though there website stated available 24 hours. Horrible service. If you can not answer a simple question then your site should not state available 24 hours then.

I have a basement window caused leaking, Glass Doctor Kitchener came about 4 times with professional judgement to do caulking instead of replacement and fixed with due diligence.

I have never experienced such h o r r i b l e service as I did with this company. First Rebecca at the desk told me she has no one to cut a simple 22 x 24 2 mm glass. When she eventually found someone and I came to pick it up, the price was twice as much as the competitors. I know I should have asked before I ordered it , but didn't think I would have to negotiate a price for a single window pane. I paid for it anyway, because I felt obliged since I ordered it, and someone handed me the sheet of the glass without any wrapping for transportation or not even piece of cardboard to hold it. When I brought this to her attention, she became rude even abusive and said they have enough business without me. I would not give these people business even if they were the last glass company in the world nor they deserve even one star (in order to post this one has to click at least on one star)
