I have heard a lot about VR windows and doors and had to see for my self. Marina came over, and gave me the best estimate when I had 5 in my hand already. Can't wait for INSTALLATION!!! Thank you again Marina!

We recently changed all the windows in our house. Marina and Oleg gave us prompt estimation and excellent recommendations that helped us a lot in making a decision in choosing the right windows. The installation work was done as scheduled and Oleg did an amazing job very professional friendly and very clean and quick. We virtually have a brand new house thanks to Marina and Oleg excellent team! Thank you very much we are very happy!

A fantastic work. Just installed. I dont know the service yet! Here is the complete story: I got V R Windows by reference as they did the work for a friend. Then I checked reviews and then I called Marina from V R Windows. Here is my story: 1. I was very skeptical in my first interaction with Marina, may be it was the way, she presented the case or may be it was the language or I am not sure but I was quite concerned inside, if I was selecting a right service provider. If it was not a reference perhaps I would have pulled out. 2. Marina invited me to WindowsCity and it gave some credibility but for some unknown reason, I was concerned that my work can be some kind of issue. Perhaps it will not be completed on time. 3. I checked with some competition and Marina quotation was the best for the work done. 4. I gave a little deposit and I was thinking that it is a risk if my work is not done, I was fine to lose it. 5. Finally the work was done as promised, on time and to my surprise better quality than I thought. Exceeded the expectation. Pros: Best price. Best quality. Kept promise to install on time. No cheating trick or bad promise or over promise. Cons: Some time communication can be better. Some after work cleaning could be better. But not too much crapy either. Time will tell, how it turns out in service. Hope it works good.

The lady who came out and quoted is extremly nice and helpful throughout the quotation and measurments, and we decided to get our upper level windows replaced recently with the option to get the lower windows replaced in the Fall. However I am very disapointed in the installation of the windows. The problems started when a date was given which got changed 2 times at the last minute. When the installers came, not all the windows were ready from the manufacturer. They showed no respect for new hardwood floors and cream carpets. They only had a couple of drop clothes which did not cover the stairs properly which got covered in dirt and glass. We ended up putting 5 of our drop cloths down. They did not take off shoes even though I asked the main installer and reminded them about the new floors. I thought at least they could wear shoe protectors. The fact that some glass broke from two original windows while they were taking them out and came crashing down on to the hardwood was shocking, especially as no drop clothes were placed below the window being taken out. Luckily there was no damage. The final result was one window was not installed level, dirty windows left not only outside and inside on glass, but also the inside window frames and damage to one wall. Also be careful of your understanding of the measuring as our windows were about 2" smaller than existing and we were were not told that would be the case, and out blinds are now too big so we had to pay and get them cut down to fit the new windows. On the quotation was written our existing window trim width which was 2" 3/4, because of the large gap between the new window and frame they replaced the trim with 3" 1/2 which looks very big. and does not match the rest of the house which was new last October.

I tried to do business with the company. Vadim came to my home and gave me my estimate he also offered me a great price. However, you kept on insisting on getting his deposit before even giving me an installation date. After a few back and forth conversation I requested a installation date. Instead of him giving me a date. He replied with letting me know he spoke to management which I guess is himself and now the price has increased and he requires 50% as the new deposit instead the original $200 that was cash prior. And may I add still no installation date given to me as I requested. Be aware before doing business.
