They are a great small company. best value around for windows and doors. I notice people are mentioning that they are recieveibg faxes, but that is Consumers choice not Customer choice!!! i told the owners this and they said they dont sent any public faxes everyone always mixes them up.!!!!

SPAM FAX MARKETING I cannot get off of their list, I call the removal number and no change, I call the company and now they are not taking phone calls, just leave a message. I have called the CRTC and complained for over 50 faxes that I have received in the last 12 months, and that is not counting when I was tossing them in the recycling before that. Definitely a shady business practice.

The Wife Jennie is a wonderful lady to work with, I had the pleasure of getting my windows and doors and she was absolutely fantastic I would refer them to anyone. My experience was professional and the prices were very competitive based on the other places that i have called

They are the worst! Once you have paid the deposit, all promises down the drain. Nothing was installed on time and the delay was not a day or two or week but weeks! There is zero professionalism and neither Paul (the guy who runs the business) or his wife showed a single sign of regret or apology at any time. It is a poorly run shop. I would stay away from them!
