Had a part break in the window track (window is 7+years old). They quickly identified the issue and sent the replacement part in the mail. I had the part and the window fixed which in 4 days. Great customer service.

Put window seal shutters for whole house all windows, JUST AFTER A YEAR, paid about $4500, two winter of Toronto , 3 Shutters panel broke down. Before buying company says it covers for 25 years of warranty, now they are asking for money to do repair. Company do not stand behind their product. Buy somewhere else.

We did some shutters through Window Seal for one of our customers in July 2012. This is a company which promised us that they will give us 25 years warranty on their shutter products. After 5 years their shutter Louvers have warped (as you can see in the picture). These pictures were taken after returning the panels to Window Seal. The reason according to the production manager of Window Seal is "too much heat"! That's strange since none of the other shutter companies I've been dealing with for past 16 years happen to have this problem. We moved away from this company long time back and I feel that their quality is poor and plus they don't honour any kind of warranty coverage. They charged me for replacing these warped louvers. This has been my recent experience with Window Seal.
