The service was excellent today. The staff was able to answer all of our questions and we are looking forward to seeing our blinds.

while the staff/sales are pleasant and helpful, and prices are competitive... the quality/workmanship of the blinds are questionable. You have to triple check the end products for color differences between multiple blinds for the same space, width and length required/consistency. The installer wont check these things.

Friendly people when you meet them. I purchased 4 blinds. 3 were motorized. After many weeks - one blind showed up to be installed and the installers left a mess in my house. There were screws, cardboard and hardware all over the floor, and they damaged the existing window coverings during removal. Many months later the motorized blinds showed up and the installer embarrassingly indicates they installed the wrong motor inside the blinds and the blinds could not be installed and had to be returned. I requested a refund. One month later I still have not received my refund. This is one of my worst purchasing experiences.
