We have done work with Elba Windows & Doors on 3 separate occasions. We started our relationship with the company about 5 years ago when our front door needed to be replaced and have reached out every time since. The staff is knowledgeable, punctual and precise. Leonard is readily available, always approachable and has a keen eye to detail. During the installation process they were accommodating to our schedule, they were on time and the job was done with a high degree of professionalism. Leonard dropped by the house several days after installation to observe the quality and work of his staff. This is the kind of customer service that is hard to come by. We would strongly recommend them!

A picture paints a thousand words! I have been asking for this company to come and fix my doors for a year and a half. It's been a battle to get them to come and when they do come, they say my doors are fine. My concern is my doors do not seal and thus allows the elements to pass through. It's been a year and a half and multiple visits and the issue still persists. I now just want my money back so I can order new doors that seal properly from another company. Now, to get my money back, I need to start a law suit. All year round I have issues, but you can see the issues in the winter when my doors actually freeze. Please check out the photos. If you don't like what you see, I would advise you to find another company!

The company does quality work at a reasonable price. They seem responsible and remedied all problems that appeared during and after installation. I am satisfied with the overall result.

They are very unreliable and dishonest. I signed one contract and then when they showed up, they tried to change the agreement by referring to a different contract, one that I've never seen. There are times when they don't show up when scheduled or they are hours and hours late. The doors leak air, in the winter freezes over, causing the metal accessories to rust and the doors didn't line up with the door frame. When brought to their attention, they tell you, they are only responsible for the function of the door, and the alignment is just a "look pretty" factor and they do not need to guarantee how it looks, as long as the door works properly. They promised months ago to replace the rusted metal accessories, but told me I needed to wait until September. I've now tried to contact them twice and have not heard back from them and it's been about a week and a half. I wish I could attach more pictures of what my doors looked like, but I can't. Do not use this company, you will regret it!

Unprofessional! They never showed up to do the job they quoted. Even after calling every day for 2 weeks. We were lied every day that someone will show up, but no one did and in the end we were told that they will not do the job. The worst customer service ever! Because of them we had to wait almost 1 month with a broken glass door.
