DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Insulation job was half done.tookk 2 weeks to come back to finish, after 10 phone calls. Ken suggested I instead tear the plaster and lath off after the kitchen reno is 3/4 done...and then said i should have supervised his guys... Im a contractor. I know how to do good work and address customer concerns. Left oil on the driveway from the compressor. His guys had to borrow my drill bits. This company is a fuster cluck.

Ken Mason installed a large living room window, back door, garden doors, 3 basement windows and insulation for the crawl space. It was a pleasure dealing with Bob Elliot. He provided options in various price ranges and did not try to over-sell. He inspected my attic and told me the insulation was just fine, and similarly told me that insulating the ceiling of the crawl space would be sufficient as opposed to insulating all of the cement block walls as well. His team did a great job installing the products and cleaned up after each installation. My daughter had Ken Mason insulate her attic and highly recommended them. But the highest praise of all came from a contractor who has done several renos in my home. He came over to quote a different job and asked me who had installed the windows and doors. When I told him it was Ken Mason, he smiled and said that he loves following Ken Mason because they know what they're doing.
