We recently had 6 windows replaced and last year had 2 doors replaced. Melissa and Jason are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The fella who helped Jason do the installations (I didn't get his name) was also super nice. We will definitely be back to have 2 small windows replaced and our patio door next year. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating (rather than a 5 star) was due to delays on both installations. (both beyond their control) Liz and Roland B Grand Bend On

Over the past 6 years we have had SHWD install 2 doors, 1 patio door, 6 windows, and 5 basement windows. They always provide us with a reasonable and accurate quote within a few days of a request, if not that day, and they always do a great job with the install. Staff are friendly, kind, and willing to answer any and all questions I have. I go to work, they come install during the day, and I come home and the work is done, the area is always clean and looks like no one was even there (except for the beautiful new window of course)! We have never been disappointed with the service, the install, or the product. I highly recommend South Huron Window & Door to anyone in the area looking for windows or doors.

If I could give no stars I would. Had a window and door installed by this company. What a Mickey mouse job. I now have to have the company I should have went with repair the SECOND install South Huron Window and Doors Inc. Did. I also had screens replaced which weren't done correctly, screen just popped out. I did ask for a quote on 5 window replacements. Thank God they were too busy to even quote. I can't imagine the nightmare!

Melissa was extremely professional and very knowledgeable in recommending doors and windows for our house. All our inquiries received an immediate response and she went out of her way with accommodating us. North Star Windows are of superior quality and look great. Jason and his staff did an awesome job with the installation and paid attention to the smallest details. The job was done on time and our house has never looked so good. Thank you Melissa and Jason!!
