We had an excellent experience dealing with Anthony Moncada and his team. Anthony was on site as the job was being completed to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. I would have given 5 stars except that one door needs to be reordered and replaced because of a dent (not sure who is at fault - could have come from the mfg that way), our locks were not identical as ordered and will be corrected, and the job was a bit pricey. But all issues will be looked after and that is worth the money; Moncada is a company which obviously values its reputation, customer recommendations and repeat business. The installers were expeditious, the workmanship was pretty good but not exceptional (I do trim work myself and appreciate a tight corner), and they were courteous and respectful except for one tiny thing - a few cigarette butts at the bottom of the driveway. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Moncada Windows, Doors & Siding.

Had over a dozen windows and numerous doors replaced in our home. Anthony and his team were phenomenal. True professionals, knowledge, honest, and a pleasure to deal with.

Over the last 6 years, Moncada has replaced our windows and sliding door with the most recent being this past week after being referred by family. Anthony has been with honest, reliable and provided exceptional customer service. The crews were professional, helpful and kept the work area clean at all times. Would definitely recommend them and will use their service in the near future.
