We were hesitant at first to go with Pella as we had a bunch of quotes half the price from other companies. The sales rep Will Molnar took his time and explained the difference between their windows and the competitors vinyl . Not only that but they also offered us an easy payment plan over 3 years which was amazing because we had a whole bunch of other renovations to do at the house and now we can. The experience was top notch ( I would compare it to a high end car dealership experience) . We did pay a pretty penny for our windows but we are so glad we chose Pella as our house now looks amazing. Thank You Will and team and I will definitely be recommending you to our family and friends

Jeff came to our home today to discuss replacing a large front window as requested. He was very thorough, personable and knowledgeable. We are 100% confident with our decision to go with Pella Windows. Thank you so much Jeff! We look forward to having our new window installed.

I feel confident in recommending Pella Windows & Doors of Toronto. All the folks, from sales to installation, were courteous and a delight to work with. They were incredibly helpful, and took time to address our concerns. Thank you Trevor, Lynda, Ted and Norman!!! My family and I really appreciate your work ethics and we wish you much success!!!

Josh came out to provide info on a Patio door & window we needed to change. He provides outstanding customer service! He takes the time to do a complete and thorough explanation of Pella products, complete with notes, options, and recommendations. What we also like is that Josh took extra care and consideration to make sure we the customer understood all aspects, and to properly prioritize all our options keeping us in our budget. I would recommend Pella & specifically Josh Kane services to anyone needing windows or doors.

We felt completely taken advantage of. After being nothing but flexible with MULTIPLE last minute changes, we finally had our final windows and front door installed on Saturday. When the day was coming to a close, the lead man on the job came in to tell me that it was done, and that he needed my signature. When I looked at our windows, the inside casing was no where to be seen. When I asked him where it was, he simply said that they were not given the product to install, to which I responded, "so the job is NOT done then.." He had no answer for me except that I can call the sales rep on Monday morning, as they were closed for the weekend. He then proceeded to complain that he took the time to come in on his weekend (WHEN IT WAS HIS DOCTORS APPOINTMENT THAT SWITCHED THE INSTALLATION DAY FROM A FRIDAY TO A SATURDAY LAST MINUTE) and then complained of how heavy the glass window was.. not sure how this is my issue, as I simply purchased what the sales rep sold me. He fully tried to just walk out and not do anything about it, and Pella has not been successful in contacting me with any kind of resolution as of yet, even after my multiple phone calls and messages. See the pictures below of how they left my house, and what they consider "COMPLETE". Absolutely disgraceful. I would also like to point out that this is my first time leaving a google review on any experience, but since Pella asked me to review it when I first hired them, I felt obliged to let others know to be wary before hiring them. I would most definitely go a different route knowing what I know now.
