Great reviews online led me to give them a call. Amazing and quick service. Very informative for a first-time homeowner. On the day of the work being performed, the crew was extremely polite, fast and clean. Amazing experience! Price couldn't be beat!

We had a professional evaluation of our roof and the quote was very reasonable for the work that was required. The crew arrived early on the date they were to start and were able to finish the job the same day with a crew of 9 people working on it. Overall the experience was very positive and work that was done looks great. Thank you for your quick and efficient crew as well for getting it done and cleaned up after.

From the moment I got a quote to the finished roof, I have been so happy with the quality and professional way NHC conducts their business. The owner and staff pay attention to detail and I love that. My roof looks awesome. A team came in the morning, they worked hard and did an awesome job. The clean up was awesome too. I would highly recommend NHC for your roof needs. They have comparable prices but what sets them above the rest is their workmanship. So happy I chose NHC to do my roof.

The most professional company you will find, from first contact all the way till the job is done. They made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. They cleaned all eavestroughs as well as left zero mess which was also a huge plus for us. So hard to find an honest hard-working company within Chatham-kent. So claim to be the best, NHC Roofing proves it !

I've been wanting to leave this review for NHC for a bit. I've just been busy lately but now's the time! Our home had a leak where water was coming through a part of our ceiling in the kitchen. We had a few patch jobs done in November to stop the leak through the winter but ice dams formed during season change and we still had water coming through. We also had some wind damage a couple years back where I did a temp job patching it. We figured it was time for the roof to be re-done. We shopped around and NHC had some pretty good reviews online from what I had read. I booked an online appointment on their website to have someone come out and give us an estimate. Paul came out, we talked about the damage from the water leak and he hopped on the roof to take the measurements. The next day, the quote was in. I was happy with it so we hired them for the job. Their crew came out on the day discussed in April and they were here early. One of the guys came knocking. He said Paul told him about a leak needing to be fixed. He established which side it was on and they all went to work. They were there at 8am and were done by 1:30pm. I was told they were short a few guys or else they would have been done at 11am, which to me is incredible. I didn't mind the 1:30pm, since they did a fantastic job for being short. They checked in with me when they were done. Told me that the leak should be part of the past now since the root cause was located and fixed. I have to admit, I was a bit worried of the cost of the leak issue. I was expecting a cost for it as I knew the root cause of the issue couldn't really be established until they tore some of the roof off. Paul sent me the final bill that night and to my surprise, he told me there was no charge for the fix of the leak. He said that he believed that we had paid enough with the leak already. Really, a extremely pleasant surprise and demonstration of what excellent customer service is. A few days later, we had some really high winds that I've seen other people's roofs shingles flying. Like mine a few years ago. The new roof was really put to the test and I can confirm, it stayed whole. We then had some heavy rains and our house's inside...dry! No more leak! So if you're considering to get anything done roof related, I would 100% back these guys up. I already did to a few personal friends and I really hope they made the right choice. Thanks again NHC!
