Stardust Cleaning and Property Services Inc.

Today was the first day we used Stardust and I have to tell you we are so impressed with their people skills and more importantly how well they cleaned our commercial location. Without being directed to do so they cleaned areas that had not been touched in quite a while and they were about as pleasant as one could be when cleaning. Hands down one of the best cleaning companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I will be telling everyone I know about their great company and will surely be using them again. Thank you Stardust...damn does it smell nice in here now!

My wife I and wanted a cleaning service when she became pregnant so that we'd have a little more time to ourselves once our baby girl was born. Stardust seemed especially professional and polite when we met with the staff. They gave us a checklist of everything that would be cleaned every time. The price was higher than we'd ever paid for cleaners in the past but it seemed worth it. The first few cleaning were especially good. They didn't just follow the list but also did nice little touches that made the higher price seem especially worth it. We then had a cleaning in May that was rather sub-standard. They missed about a dozen things in their own basic list and left much of the house looking as though they had never even looked at it. Every company has employees who may not be that company's A team, and we understood that. We made several attempts to contact the company just to point out the deficiencies and to hopefully be assured that it wouldn't happen again. My wife and I left police voice messages and also detailed e-mailed that laid out what exactly hadn't been cleaned. We never ever heard back from the company. Everyone has bad days. For a company to be so eager to meet us and receive more money than we'd originally though reasonable for cleaning services but then to never return our calls when we had a problem is inexcusable. If a company isn't willing to stand responsible for their employees actions, good and bad, then how can we trust those employees to be in our home? We would have used them again if we would have received customer service. Instead, they billed my credit card and never returned our calls or e-mails. They even refused to email me a receipt for the charges placed on my credit card. I gave two stars originally rather than one because when they did follow their own list (only in the beginning), they did a good job. They're just not trustworthy. If they were, they would have gotten back to us regarding something as simple as some employees who hadn't lived up to expectations. I've lowered it back to 1 star after a year of trying to contact the company with no results. EDIT: I've just noticed that one of the reviews on here are actually from the owner of the company while the other two (mine included) are not very good. That's suspicious.

Stardust has been great for me!! They always do a great clean quickly and efficiently, and a little extra attention to things when they pop up as well. They also point out any issues that need to be addressed and I am always notified of their timing and this is very convenient.

COULDNT BE MORE CLEAR WITH MY EXPECTATIONS...!!!!!!! Face to Face with owner... Smoke from burnt stove top minestrone soup filled summer cottage with an undesirable odour. ( Cleaning package was described as DEEP CLEAN ). I had removed everything out of the house entirely, to have walls, ceiling, cupboards and closets cleaned. I had added to the “DEEP CLEAN” , five windows for frame cleaning and two carpets, to the list. They cleaned the glass, decent job in the Cupboards. Absolutely no walls or ceiling or window frames had been touched. I had text pictures of the overlooked areas with an explanation of my expectations. No response or change owed on the cash payment I had made. This group is good for simple wipe ups, low expectations... and common cleansing. The cash change owed.... still waiting
