Frauds and kiars

100% fraudulent scammers. Read the most recent google reviews and the Better Business Bureau rating and decide for yourself. Left a $15,000 deposit by credit card in December for deliver in Sept 2023, was assured they were ordered in July with "plenty of time for delivery to our build site in Sept". Multiple ignored emails and phone calls in the past five weeks inquiring on order status have resulted in one return call saying they "forgot to order" and are now "25 days out". Do not believe anything these lying Shapiros Mike, Neil, Zach and Dan say as they will take your money and ghost you. Have contacted Visa fraud dept. and am filing small claims for additional costs incurred. Bankrupt in morals and real life and hope you are proud of yourselves and can hold your head high with your reputation and name in the business. If you enjoy mystery and intrigue, and thrive on disappointment and lies then go ahead and order from Concept 76

Great place for revitalizing entry doors and replacing window glass! I just recently had all the glass in my house replaced. This is the second time that I have done this with Concept76 for houses that I have lived in. The excellent customer service, cant be beat prices, fast delivery and outstanding product quality make this place a must for your next project!

We ordered our front entry door through them and then decided to go back and order all of our interior doors as well. We price compared with many places as this store was the least expensive by far. They’ve been a pleasure to work with and happily gone back and forth with our contractor several to get every detail right as well as happily assisted with any changes we wanted to make with our existing order. Daniel has done a great job of handling our account. I would certainly recommend this store.

If this place didn't have such a good selection and such reasonable prices, it would be out of business pronto. The owner is one of the most inhospitable merchants I have ever come across. He makes no effort to appear pleasant or happy to have one's business. His father was a kindly, energetic, cheerful old man, but this guy has nary of his dad's charm. Nevertheless, if I need a window or windows, I always go here first, but the owner should really work on his desk-side manner. No need to grovel, just be friendly.
