It's a shame how someone can give you one star and not even know you keep up the good work guys and gals

Dec 30, 2018
Called and asked lady who answered phone if you cut polycarbonate. She said she thought they were asked this question a while ago but took my name and number. This was at 11 a.m. Waited all day and finally about 4:35 called again after looking up their closing hour of 5. Apparently got a different lady who said she was not the one I talked to in the morning but he has my number rather rudely. I said well it's almost closing time and was hoping for an answer. Never got a call back. That was at least 4 business days ago now.Just on that basis alone will never do business with this company again. Guess they figured my request didn't merit a response!

I called the Glass Doctor and spoke to Jack on the phone about having the glass in an end table replaced. I had broken the previous piece that inserts into the table top while cleaning it. The glass piece that broke was oval in shape. I gave the approximate dimensions to Jack on the phone and he quoted me a ballpark price. The next day I took the table down to the Glass Doctor shop and dropped it off. Amazingly I received a phone call a couple of hours later from Craig telling my table was ready and the price was right on the quote. I gotta give praise to these guys for the fantastic service I received. The glass I now have in my table top is better quality than the original. Thanks guys for the quality, fast and friendly service I received.
