I am very appreciative of this Ottawa replacement windows company and found them to be exceptionally professional. It all began when Big City Windows was touring the area and offered my wife and me a free quote. We, of course, accepted because we were curious about the cost despite not being ready. They told us the quote they gave us would be valid for an entire year but they called every 6-10 months to inquire if we were ready as of yet. We called them ourselves when we had the money and it was worth every dime. The installation team was all super great. They did a very neat job and took care of our flooring as well as our possessions. The replacement windows - 20 altogether, once installed look fantastic and the finish and quality were even more so. I am happy to recommend them.

Great replacement windows! The installers were amazing! Clean, efficient and professional as well as very nice J I only wish we had more windows needing replacements. It has been the best renovation job so far, and we have had a number of them.

Had a strange experience getting a quote for Windows. First he wasn't willing to match existing trim with bull nose. and wouldn't give me a discount for doing the trim my self. Blamed alot of stuff on the government in regards to pricing and being able to do certain things according to the green-on Ontario which is fair but not when it comes to saying he can't match trim because the government won't let him. Quote wasn't a bad price, but he wanted me to sign on the spot or I would be able to get the green-on rebate. Also strange.. he didn't want to give me a copy of the quote. He said he had to sent it to the government... even though I could easily tell it was carbonless copy paper. Over all a strange experience.

I want to say many thanks to Big City Windows team for relieving me of long selecting the right replacement windows for my apartment. With these experts, the process was swift and absolutely beneficial. They were helpful and not importunate. Now I believe I have the best windows in Ottawa. Thank you again!

I would have to say they are the best replacement Window & Door Company in Ottawa. They installed 16 casement windows and a beautiful bay window in just 2 work days. The price was amazing and they even have a financing option. I would recommend Big City Windows & Doors to anyone!
