Happy shopper! The store is not very large but convenient since I live just down the road. The lumber yard is very well stocked. Prices are OK. Little higher than Home Depot's but considering the proximity well worth it.

I couldn't be happier with the quality and service. These people are on the ball. Mistakes happen but when they do, they don't argue with me as to who is at fault. I have been given the benefit of doubt more then once when I messed-up. I appreciate the way I am being treated. With respect! Many thanks! Giovanni.

I was blown-away by Grandor's service yesterday! I called their office just before their closing time to see if they had any ice melting salt. The freezing rain just began and it continued through the night. I was worried about getting in and out of my home because my husband is severally disabled. When I explained my situation, the lady who answered the phone has told me that the store was about to close but she was going to see what can be done. I didn't hear back, so I figured that the store has closed. We live at Findlay Creek which is about 2 miles from Grandor. To my surprise, about 20 minutes later a gentleman rung my door bell. He delivered 4 bags of salt and wished me "good evening" and before he left, took another bag out of his trunk and spread it on my driveway. I am impressed!
