Horrible service and customer service. The workers are rude and disrespectful towards their customers. I do not recommend anyone to go there.

Had the windows on my brand new jeep tinted here. Bubbles everywhere so i brought it back in to have it fixed. They left razor blades in my car which were found by my 8 year old. Still have bubbles everywhere so i brought it back in. I was told that i am too picky and that is the best they could do. There are 327 bubbles on 1 window and that is the best that can be done and they are not incompetent. My car is now going to someone else to get the tint done.

Not Bad

25 years ago, I had an old Ford Tempo tinted from Dean's Auto Shine - looked great for the 10 years I drove it. Currently have a car that they tinted 12 years ago and has also held up all these years – still looks good. Dean the owner is honest and fair.

Called to say my dog made a mess of the inside of my 2014 Volt (hair and dirt). When I arrived for my appointment I was told it would be an additional $50 on top of the $150 package I was interested in to vacuum the dog hair because "it takes an extra hour just for that", something I've done myself in the past using the 5 minute vacuums at the gas station. Said, "thanks anyway" and left. I know a "bait & switch" scam when I see one.
