Great experience! The customer service is unbeatable. I felt comfortable in his shop and he taught even me how to take my door panels off to fix a speaker issue I was having! Great guy. Great prices. AND a better tint job than the factory does. 6 stars/5 stars!!!

Me and my girlfriend visited the Tint Boyz 2 days ago. Steve was very professional and the customer services were great! It took only one and a half hours and the result was perfect. I highly recommend this store!! I would like to give him 10 stars!

Customer service is excellent. Had my 09 bmw 3 series tinted here and it looks amazing. Work speaks for it self, would recommend my family and friends

BEWARE - he takes your money but will not back his work or product! He comes across as friendly until there is an issue. After giving him my business with a tint job on a previous vehicle, I returned with a second vehicle to get tinted. When the tint on my 2nd vehicle faded, he confirmed that the tint is not supposed to fade and it would be warranted. I assured him that I always hand wash my vehicles at home, so there was no ammonia or chemicals used on the tint. He then asked for my receipt. Due to the method of payment, which he gladly accepted, I did not receive a receipt from him when I made payment. He stated without a receipt the manufacturer would not warranty the tint. After numerous texts and visits, his answer to me was to pay him additional money to replace the defective faded tint. The faded tint should be covered under warranty which he will not address. One review below states “his word is gold”, which I thought it was as well when he said to return if there are any problems...until there’s a problem...and now he wants more money for a WARRANTY issue! Service after the sale is very important, in this case, there was NONE. Oh, and no I am not a competitor as you stated to one of your other negative reviews...I am a very unhappy customer and due to your lack of service after the sale for an obvious warranty issue...I will not recommend TINT BOYZ on Merritt St, St Cath to any of my family or friends. I was very shocked with your behaviour and the way you dealt with this. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL! BOTTOM LINE: MONEY PAID, PRODUCT FAILED = NO SUPPORT AFTER SALE! BEWARE - STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! My reply to the owners response below: Igor Care is not my real name. I, like probably 85% of the people on the internet do not use their real name. As you can see in your reviews below there are also other reviewers that did not use their real name either. That being said, my review of your business, I can assure you are NOT false accusations in ANYWAY what so ever! Like I stated in my initial review, I have contacted you numerous times...we have spoken on the phone, texted and in person at your shop on Merritt St in St Catharines...and as I also stated, I was not given ANY proof of purchase from you for either of the 2 vehicles I brought to you to get the windows tinted. I’m sure you remember exactly who I am as I have brought you my vehicle numerous times to get this warranty issue resolved, unless of course you have THAT MANY warranty issues that you refuse to resolve and it’s too difficult for you to keep track of them all!! I guess that is a possibility! I find it funny how your response to all your negative reviews has the same pattern...you always state that you “have no record of you , your name or ANY conversations”, or the reviewer has you “mistaken” for another tint shop, or that the reviewer is from “the competition”! That’s not the case here. It’s a shame you have no issues taking people’s money but refuse to warranty the product you install. I’m sure if this was done to you, you would not be happy and would feel the same way.
