Great Experience

We haven't gotten our windows yet, but I must say so far the customer service has been great. The salesman, John Krautz was delightful. He treated us, seniors, like family. We'd had a few other companies give us estimates but after visiting with Mr. Krautz, we decided to buy all our windows and doors from Comfort Windows as long as we get John Krautz to do the estimate. I've never felt so comfortable with a salesperson before. He thoroughly explained everything and helped my husband start our new lawnmower, and gave us advice on gutters. If this company hires such wonderful and helpful salespeople I can imagine the actual people who do the job will be perfect as well. I'll be back to add on to this review after we get the windows. The demo was most impressive.

Comfort installed 9 replacement windows. Top of the line, triple pane, vinyl. All windows came in with the correct colors, which was nice. All windows look and operate perfectly. One bay window was a challenge, as the rough opening had to be widened. The install crew did a great job, protected the house from dust and even built trim molding which I didn't expect. Overall they did a great job and the install was very clean. I only wish they picked up the chards of aluminum flashing that were left all around the outside of the house. Besides that, no complaints. A good value for a premium window.

We are very happy with our new windows (all 12 of them) but even more so the group of young men (Matt S., Chris C., and Skyler L.) that showed up to install the windows. They were all very polite, personable and were sure to clean up after themselves all 3 days. I was especially grateful that they were dog friendly guys as one of my biggest fears is that I would have to lock up my 4-legged children all day. They were mindful of open doors and gates. Matt especially was sure to point out where my dogs were (even more than me) as to make sure we didn't have a runaway case! The crew even let the 4-legged children play "supervisor" and "inspector" while they worked. My husband and I would recommend Comfort Windows hands down and have already to neighbors and family!

The crew was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Absolutely one of the best companies and great employees (that worked in below freezing weather) and were here despite the fact. My house came out beautiful from the windows to the siding. I recommended for best in the region!!

Our windows installation was performed in the middle of a very cold spell in January 2022 and right after a very large snow storm a day earlier. However, the crew showed up on time and soon started working on removing the snow from around the house. The crew members were very polite and very professional, while the crew leader (Matt) gave us a short presentation every day about the kind of things that the crew will be doing on that day and how they will go about it. These presentations were very impressive, but the work quality was even better. Matt was so knowledgeable and so confident about job quality that we stopped worrying about doing the installation with the outside temperatures below 10 Fahrenheits on some days. After four days of their work and Matt’s daily presentations, we were sorry that they would leave us soon. We waited for four months to write this review, to make sure that everything would work as expected, and everything did. In fact, things were so perfect, that my dog did not even notice the new screen door, when we used it the first time on a hot day in April. She bumped her head into the screen and until today she is very respectful of that door, as we all are of our new windows and doors.
