This place is a rip off. I learned the hard way. needed my window fixed and they came out the next day. I paid cash and was going to get reimbursement from Geico but Brian Harrington knowingly submitted the claim and got paid twice. Refused to refund my money after months of chasing him around to bogus locations. He then made up a fake receipt with over $500 in charges, $297 in labor costs when this was the total that I paid to get the window fixed. No one in their right mind would pay that much to get a window fixed. He claims Geico refused to pay me and they were prejudice because of where I lived. What an A-HOLE!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Zero stars. He guaranteed a price, didn't show up when he said he would, took the window out and said he'd have it done the next day.. texts 2 days later and tells us he wants 200 more even though he guaranteed a price. Insulted us, refusing to give refund. He drops off our frame that he damaged and still wants money for his time. Unprofessional doesn't describe our experience.

Multiple locations listed including; 4 Millrace St N, Williamsville, NY 14221 Auto Glass Shop Brian is very shady and unprofessional and insulted my family with irrelevant comments in regards to our business deal. Sounded great in the beginning..He qouted me the cheapest at $250 for a Window I needed to be fixed asap- beating others at around $330 for an Anderson window. I expressed to him that I was uneasy about paying him in full without the work done.. Specifically, I was afraid of any new charges, I need this fixed asap! He promised that his qoute was official, no hidden up charges, told me to relax, (cause I was very nervous about giving money away..go figure!) He again assured me that is why he is a 5 star business and had replaced windows exactly like mine in the past, also said he's done this for many years, and when he finished noone would ever know it was fixed..Haa!! This man was not lyeing...my window isn't fixed! Actually.. It's going to cost me way more money to get this taken care of. After paying him in full, he came to the house 2 times. He knew exactly what kind of window he measured, and the type of window it was. He assured the glass would be in and would come back to take the frame out. When he came and took the frame out, he text me the next day and said.."bad news, I need $200 more dollars, it needs new sashes." I questioned him about this, he proceeded to tell me because it's an Anderson, that he didn't know it was an Anderson window because it wasn't labeled. Lol.. I'm not a window expert..but Brian claims he is! So when he qouted, measured, and removed the frame- he should have been able to know what he WASNT capable of. Instead, I tried to meet him half way offering $100 to just finish it because I'm stuck with cardboard in my window- he conveniently stated he was out of town for the weekend- lies! With already explaining that I do not have the extra money to spend into this; He again tried to swindle more money offering to board it up for another $125, with another $200 for the piece to come in. I politely asked for a refund, he refused because he claimed he had too much labor put in. My family member also text him to get this situated- he said " u guys figure this out", after going back and forth. He text her saying he would refund me in full (but has not) told me I would get half ( but has not) ..and he was obviously pissed because he insulted her with his irrelevant comments about her personal life...he's so observant mabey he's a counselor and not a window expert. Brians unprofessional attitude became very BAZARRE! Brian has not refunded me! Good thing I have all our discussion and business in texts... Everything is in proof...His unprofessionalism, his text that he would refund me, no reciept of refund, the frame he left sitting in the driveway that he broke (couldn't admit that was why he needed the extra cash)..and another bazarre text he responded, "HaHa, LMAO" when I said I was disappointed because I trusted him and now I'm screwed. But he did follow his word on one thing..so Thank u Brian.. noone would have ever known this was touched or fixed!

Auto Glass Xpress offered affordable, and expert glass repair that took minimal time and also offered personable care that definitely separated itself from other auto glass repair shops. I highly recommend their service, Bryan the owner was very quick, technical, and obviously experienced replacing my cars window. All while saving me some money as compared to the much larger competitors.
