Had a lot of work done previously by Lionel (windows, door) that went well. BUT we have had no success whatsoever getting him to come and replace a window crank mechanism. Left numerous phone messages. He did call and say he would come "on the weekend" but never called or showed up. We then have again left many unanswered messages. NOT THE SERVICE WE CAME TO EXPECT FROM HIM!!!

I have used Lional & Sons. He guaranteed all of his workmanship and windows. I was not happy with his work on my bay window, he used thin plywood for the base and it has all rotted and coming apart. I had him come to replace the glass on the big bay window with a hefty cost as roofer dropped a shingle and cracked it. He only replaced the outer glass and not the whole glass. The gas leaks once broken and the whole window piece should be replaced he should have known to do this from the start. It is not sealed and I get condensation and wet in between the two panes. It is mucky and smokey and not protected from the weather conditions. Now I have to replace the whole window with another Window Company and another hefty cost. Also two of the windows cranks snapped off and have to use pliers to open and close. I have tried several different times to call and no one answers and recording says sorry your call did not go through. He obviously has gone out of business, so much for his warranty on his windows. When choosing a window company be sure the company has been around for many years and check on their reviews to receive your warranty.
