XPEL should expel him as an authorized installer

Don't waste your time or money on PPE with this outfit. Lorenzo has the gift of gab. Can't walk his talk. Will promise you professional results and you will be greatly disappointed. He does try to make it right but lacks the skills to do so. Very unprofessional. Has zero integrity and will lie to your face. If you value your time, stay away from this pathetic leech. He's lucky that I graduated from anger management school. Shouldn't even get one gold star. Should be able to change the colour to black or give less than a half star rating.

From professional correspondence over email to the job to payment, the service and attention to detail at this place is excellent. Friendly staff answered all my questions, the quality of work is perfection and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to have something done professionally and properly. I am very pleased with the service i recieved from having a sun strip put in as well as a hydrophobic coating done on my windshield. I will highly recommend friends and family to have any of their detailing and tinting to just save the hassle and go here. Any future car I have I will be going here. Excellent job guys, thank you so much!

From the start of the experience from inquiring about services, scheduling, and booking the appointment I could tell that this is an extremely professional establishment. I had been shopping around many different shops and this place stood out to me enough to make the trip all the way from Michigan to Ontario. Lorenzo and his staff proved to be extremely knowledgeable and masters of their craft. If anyone has ever owned a Tesla they will tell you that PPF is a must, and that couldn't be even more true as after a week of ownership there were already a few paint chips in front of my car. Not only is the owner a Tesla enthusiast, he owns a couple and has a ton of experience working on them. I was even offered a Model 3 loaner while they worked on the car. I went with the full body xpel matte and full ceramic coating and couldn't be happier. For some reason these cars are bug magnets and with the ceramic coating these bugs wipe off so much easier. I also had full ceramic coating done on my interior because I have the white interior and after several weeks it still looks brand new without any maintenance. I had ceramic tinting done throughout the car and it's a game changer. It rejects heat making your AC much more efficient. The icing on the cake is that they charge your Tesla so you leave with a full charge. On the day the car was completed it was raining pretty bad, and they advised to keep the car for another day to allow the film to settle. I went against their advice and drove back to Michigan. As a result some of the edges lifted, however when I was back in Canada the next time they addressed all the areas without question. Thanks again for the amazing job!

A great place to get your Tesla wrapped. I got mine done here. Very friendly and professional. Points I would mention. 1) kind enough to take my car without an appointment. 2) I was given a complimentary ride back home. 3) Three days to very hard work done, - paint pre conditioning - wrapping the entire front. 4) I saw them do the work, as I stood was looking at them doing the wrap. Trust me, it’s extremely hard and time consuming. High amount of training and experience is required. 5) They use very expensive equipments and quality products from reputed brands to take care of your precious car. 6) I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and, there is no difference at all to the looks after I got the clear wrap done. Perfect lines and finish. 7) Surprised me with door sills protected, center console and screen protector applied. Boot lip also protected. Would surely recommend this place for all you Tesla guys. Will post pics soon as I am not suppose to wash my car for about 10 days

Amazing service!! Lorenzo and his entire team went above and beyond for my Tesla Detailing. My car looks incredible. I highly recommend these guys. The communication through out the entire process was also on point. Thanks Inception Auto!!!!!

Great place to get your car washed maybe. Terrible place to drop a few thousand dollars on PPF. Owner has the gift of gab. Talks an amazing sales pitch but doesn't walk his talk. Unfortunately I was blindsided by the sales pitch only to be handed back a brand new car that looks worse than my 200,000 km car. After attempting to make it pristine as initially promised, got the car back with physical damage to spoiler lip as well as PPF imperfections and haven't heard back from them since after leaving multiple messages and being promised that their video footage would be reviewed and I'd get a call back. If you like to litigate, use these guys. If you have better things to do with your time and money and want great results, do your research and stay away from this smoke and mirror outfit.
