Wonderful customer service from start to finish. My blinds look great.

These guys service almost any blind and they are great! We have two large "silhouette style" blinds in our front windows. The blinds are in great shape, but the mechanism to raise and lower them was broken. When we asked the firm we purchased them from 8 years ago about fixing them we were told the manufacturer was out of business so parts were not available. They told us we had to buy new blinds. When we called Blinds Are Us to get a competitive quote they suggested we first let them try to fix the existing blinds. Long story short, they fixed both blinds for less than $200 including taxes where the other guys wanted us to spend over $2000 on new blinds! Will definitely go back when we need any blinds in the future!

Blinds Are Us were fantastic to work with. After meeting with several companies that used high pressure sales tactics, an tried to back me into a corner regarding timing ~ Meeting with Don and Mary was such a relief! They were down to Earth, friendly, knowledgeable, and pressure-free. I highly recommend them!
