Gator windows and Doors was referred to us by a number of other customers that have work done by them so we decided to contact them for an estimate to replace 24 windows and our rear patio door. Harold arrived at our house and took measurements and provided us a quote. He was very easy to deal with and even made recommendations regarding what type of windows we should go with in our front bedrooms which were double hung instead of the more expensive casement windows. This was because of the size of our openings and he indicated that we would have less glass. It was a pleasure to have such honesty, he could have gone with the more expensive casement and we would not have known the difference until after they were installed. We also drove into their showroom and Beatrice showed us the different styles and again was great to deal with. We ordered our North Star windows through them and once they were in Roy contacted us to arrange a few days to do the install. We agreed on a Monday through Wednesday for the install. On Monday Roy and his son Alex arrived promptly at 8am and immediately began working and by the end of the first day had replaced 16 of our 24 windows with all the trim done on the inside. They did exceptional work and it was quite evident that they were highly experienced at installing windows and carpentry. They were at our house until Thursday of that week to finish. They cleaned up after them selves and treated our house as their own. It was a pleasure dealing with this family run business and would highly recommend them if you need windows or doors replace.

These guys were amazing from start to finish. Roy and Alex installed our windows today and were quick and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and probably even left the house cleaner than before they got here. They were very considerate of our kids and even insisted our 1 year old gets a good nap and moved to the furthest part of the house away from her room while napping. They felt like family by the time they left. Thanks guys!

Sure Beatrice is friendly, but Harold never arrives to service what needs fixing. I have been trying to get them here for more than two months. Paying for a service call, not free, but he never answers his phone and never arrives. Never again for these people. Beware, they don’t service what they sell and install.

If you want good quality, fantastic customer service from going into their showroom and chatting with Beatrice who is very very knowledgable and helpful, to meeting Harold who came to see our old windows and gave us an estimate and basically knew what we were looking for and to have the pleasure of having his brother Roy and his son Alex come and get rid of our old nasty windows and put in energy saving, brand spanking new beautiful windows (have 2 windows done for the front of our house, 1 bay window which finally looks amazing and one side window that was done poorly before we moved in and cracked during the winter time!) I wanted to get exceptional windows that would stop my heating to go out and heat up my porch every year and my $$$$ was literally going our my front windows!!!! and to have re-sale value on my property one day! I be honest I didn't even compare pricing with other window business, my gut and all the other exceptional reviews about Gator Windows plus meeting almost all of the family members was the RIGHT DECISION! in the future i will definitely be calling them again soon to replace the rest of the windows in my house! NO fuss no muss, straightforward , honest and professional service! The price we pay for the 2 windows is matched with the prompt and professional installation service by both Roy and his son Alex! they were quiet, pleasant, friendly, made sure our furniture , paintings close to my 2 windows were covered up, my floor was covered up where they were working at and they also cleaned up after they were done...they were fast, I am still blown away plus it is cold outside! and i was not cold at all because again they worked fast! exceptional fantastic family run business and let me just say every person I met knows their job exceptionally well! Look no further just go into their showroom and you will see what I mean! I always believe great customer service from the first point of contact is very important in making my decisions to go with a company to fix anything in my house. btw I just had both my windows replaced yesterday! I love it!!! I am so ready for the HOliday season!!! yay!! Merry Christmas I have the GATOR effect as ALex puts it! THanks again ROy and Alex the entire family is AWESOME!!!
