I had work done this summer, ( roof siding, eavestroughs) and was exceptionally pleased with everything! It was done on time, which seems to be so rare in the building trades. They came up with good solutions to the small quirks of the job. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. Their estimates were good and the final price was fair. I would recommend them to anyone! I'm very happy with the whole experience!

New owner is worse than the old one. I was told today that the new owner Chris, who did repairs to a nagging leak in my home, would not take responsibility for the repair not being completed properly. The repair has been done three separate times since I've taken ownership of the house. (And several times prior by the same company) Today I was told the solution was to "stop messing around and do a real repair and stop with band aids". I didn't realize the repairs to my house were band aids. When I asked him why they weren't done correctly to begin with he said he couldn't be held responsible for the previous owners repairs. But Chris performed the repair. After talking in circles for 20 minutes he became angry and told me I was uneducated and to get someone else to do the repair. These guys are inept and incompetent. If you need work done at your home choose, literally, anyone else. Their attitude is a reflection of their workmanship and they're sure to be out of business soon.

Completely unethical approach. My review is about how the company conducts business and business ethics. This review has nothing to do with the product they sell. Due to scope of my business I was looking to buy a cube van. On one of Canada's buy & sell websites (starts with "k") I found that Ken Young selling a 2003 Ford cube van. I called and spoke to one of the guys, left my phone number and asked to call back. Nobody called back. Regardless I decided to travel from Toronto to Orangeville to check the truck. The same person whom I spoke over the phone showed me the truck they are selling, WHICH IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TRUCK THAN ON THE PICTURE! When I mentioned that what is being sold over the website and in reality - is actually different, the guy said: "Well, I am sorry, that's what the owner (Chris is his name, as far as I know) is selling and I can't help you". While writing this review, I tried to find the picture of the truck and the ad link, however both are gone. This is absolutely unethical and not a good way to run a business. If the owner is selling a product which is not as advertised, then this is a business people should stay away of.

1 star only because you can't give lower. Owners get into fights with each other on site at customers houses. Highly unprofessional.
