Unfortunately, my experience with this company was not a good one.....I had arranged to have an estimate for my house, waited 3 weeks, and then, no one showed up for the appointment. When I called to ask what happened no one could tell me what happened. I was told that someone would call me back- a week later...not a word. I emailed them back asking if they would come and give me an estimate...they gave me a time almost a month away. NOT impressed at all.

We had a sunroom addition done by Valley Window and Door and from start to finish we experienced fantastic customer service. Their sales consultant, Steve, was able to solve a difficult design problem when other could not. the installation was flawless and the office was great to work with. It is not often you can work with a company that still understands the meaning of craftsmanship and customer service. They turn our dreams into reality. Great job, I highly recommend them.

Amazing quality and great customer service. Our sales consultant came to our house for numerous consults with examples, swatches etc so it was easy to make a decision within the vicinity of our own home to get a better perspective. They worked with us on achieving the desired look within our budget. Great owners, great staff, great quality.

Valley Window and Door did an amazing job with our renovation project. We had very specific sound proofing concerns and they were able to exceed our expectations. The finished product is beautiful and functional.

took months to get windows in, installation time was later than described, opening and closing windows afterwards was hard to do, phoned them up to get them to re adjust windows so I can properly open and close. Was the last job of the day for the crew, seems they went to quick and didn't do a good job readjusting the windows to get open and closed, not really happy with the whole experience, I will not recommend.
