DO NOT USE JOE COMPUTERS I pay 65$ per month for an internet connection that is completely unreliable. to be clear, I can; launch my web browser, go make a cup of tea, and still make it back before Google is finished loading. at this rate Dial-up would be both cheaper and faster. every time I have gone to complain to them about the speeds I've gotten the "sorry its not our problem" kind of attitude. if you are looking for an internet provider DO NOT USE JOE COMPUTER.

Joe Computer saved me today! I need to work from home, but my computer would not start. I called and was greeted by a friendly person, willing to help, who offered me a clear, immediate solutions. Thirty minutes later I had round-tripped to their shop and back. Computer is working perfectly. The day is saved!

I brought in two laptops that crashed. Had to pay the $30.00 deposit, no problem there...but no receipt or anything. Then they called and told me both laptops had failed hard drives....okay with the price so go ahead and replace I told them. Then 3 days later, there are more issues, it will be more money...had to argue the charges for a replaced hard drive that I didn't need because the laptop wasn't worth saving but in the end they came good and refunded the cost. I gave them the laptop for parts. Why not 5 stars? They installed an antivirus program on my laptop that is annoying as heck! ALWAYS has alerts and popups!

I have bought 2 computers at Joes that worked really well for me. I needed repairs once.. Their prices are reasonable and their service is great.
