Nice family run business. Managed to take my order and cut four one foot by one foot pieces of glass in under 30 minutes while I waited. Cuts could have been better, but overall it was a good experience for the money. Perhaps if they had received the order earlier and had more time the pieces would have come out better quality but alas.

I have to say I was a bit worried about getting their services after reading some of the reviews here but I took my chances. It paid off, it wasn't a smooth thing but they did deliver exactly what I needed and at a great price. Also, the lady was very friendly. At the end, I am very satisfied with the table glass covers I needed. Great job!!

Very informative and inviting staff, informed me of all my options and explained the differences between glass types. Helped me figure out exactly what I needed! Glass was cut in less than 2 days. I think they have new owners because the atmosphere felt much more enthusiastic than it had been my first time visiting, years ago. Everyone had a sense of humor and made sure all my questions were answered. Would definitely recommend this place!

The window turned out to be well cut and tur price was reasonable, but it was challenging to actually have it done. I was initially given a 4 day turnaround time, which turned out to be 11 days, after twice-daily calls to follow up on the status with no actual explanation for the delay or estimated time of completion.
