I was happy to see an Apple store in Downtown Montreal. The place is usually very busy and once the item i wanted was out of stock which led me to the Best Buy store down the street. All in it’s not any different than any other Apple Store in the US or Canada. I believe a larger store may be necessary for the local market.

Not a huge fan of Apple products but I can't fault the service offered at this Apple store. Everyone there are always super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help out. Knocking off a star as you'll never get the best price there when buying or having a product repaired. Go to the Apple store to warranty servicing and shop around but buy somewhere else if you want to save money

call apple support before walk in test what is needed with them and come in with a clear instruction for them what to do. They will not help other wise and will try to avoid any replacement. Came in 3 times and they still succeeding at dodging the responsibility Apple has changed they no longer care they have got the publicity that they did so now no need to cover the cost for the reputation. 🤢

Hope to god you still have your device under warranty, or else you'll have to replace half your laptop. A $500 plus labour repair for maybe a speaker that costs $50-$60 dollars. Planned obsceneness at its finest.

If, I could rate it 6 stars I would, why? First, I have an iPhone 6s and they replaced my battery for a mere $35 , simply incredible. Plus they scanned my phone for any possible issues all free. The tech person, I believe it was Mr Fabreeze, I am not sure about the spelling but he was on a class of his own, awesome. The iPhone location downtown was extremely busy but when my turn came I was not pressured at all. So the wait was worth it, period.
