Recently purchased my Bay window. Had it installed by my contractor who had replaced all the windows in my house. Not to mention my father in laws house and his bay window too. After the instillation we were receiving moisture inside the bay window and Pella had since determined there was a bad seal on the window at the time of manufacturing. They came out and took care of the issue. Great! The issue I have, is even with a fan on the window and all time. Due to their bad seal at manufacturing black mold has grown under the window and is on the inside part of the house. I have called numerous of times stating that this black mold has occurred due to their lack of making an initial quality product. I was told by the people at this office that is not their issue and they will not cover the clean up or the replacement of the top layer of the inner bay surface. I after calling a couple of times their answer was always pushing something or another off on the installer. I said I would like for the technician to come out and meet with my contractor. They gal said, "I will have to get with the technician and call you back." This was after 15 mins of trying to get a resolution from them on what they can do to make this situation right. TWO PLUS weeks have past and not a call, email NOTHING from this office. I'm a believer in Pella windows! However, it's unfortunate this office lacks the professionalism and pride of the actual Brand Pella itself! I will by all measure and means make sure my windows does not come through this office and Pella distributor again. Lack luster customer satisfaction and FAR from decent customer service. Sincerely, Lucas Roach
