I had a rare sunroof issue that needed immediate attention. I stopped by Novus to get their opinion, and the President of the company personally took it upon himself to fix my issue on the spot. This company truly has incredible customer service while performing high quality work. Thank you.

I came to these folks to get a windshield installed. The install was difficult because my windshield was unique . The team at Novus worked very hard and went above and beyond my expectations to get the job done. True professionalism at its finest.

Very friendly owners and staff, great to talk to and deal with. I have been there for several chip repairs before and today they replaced my cracked windshield. Fast service, started on time, and done early. Shop and show room are always both very clean, and I love looking at all the model cars while I wait. I will definitely be back next time I have a chip or crack. I asked about their glass cleaner and they even threw in a can for me to try! Exceptional service all-around!

My daughter's car was vandalized while in Regina and needed to have a window replaced quickly. The staff at NOVUS was amazing to deal with! Super friendly and not only were they able to get her car in and fixed very quickly, it was returned in even better condition than before it was vandalized. Overly impressed with the fantastic service she received and I just can't say enough good things about Will Brandt and staff! Highly recommend them!!!
