Phenomenal job!!! So highly recommend. Somehow they managed to get my pugs fur out of my mats in record time. Even with my heavy duty wet dry vac I struggle to get the woven fur out. My vehicle was like a different vehicle when I got it back, the interior was cleaned and shiny again, that had been something id been trying to find time for and good weather to do for months...literally something that had been bothering me every trip to the store every trip to the gym. Such a headache taken care of. Now the crack racing across the windshield is stopped and filled. The back fill took very well, didn't expect it to work near that well, hardly noticeable while driving. On the way there my windshield wiper fluid notification said I was getting low. In the waiting room saw they sold both summer and winter wiper fluids and if I hadn't just replaced my wipers I could have gotten substantially better wipers for less than I paid. Very excited to bring my suv back for a full detailing. Quality workmanship, great service and cost saving pricing. Its great to get everything done in one place! 5 star service.

Stopped in to get a quote for a windshield for my car. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only did they have one in stock but they would be able to replace it right away!! The price was better than expected and the service was top notch. I will definitely be using Showtime again and recommending them to anyone that will listen!!

Called Showtime Glass when our RV windshield took a couple of rocks. They seat with our Insurance, ordered the glass in and scheduled us for install. We just picked it up and it looks great. Excellent and Friendly Customer Service.

I had my windows tinted, but the entire experience tainted after the insulting attempt at a detail job. I decided to purchase the basic $20 detail job ontop of my rear window tinting job, although it was worth far less than that. My vehicle looked worse after I picked it up, and the neglect to satisfy the paying customer (me) was disgusting. I was told when I picked it up that there was hair in the vehicle and that would have been an extra charge to clean. Had they called me prior to calling it quits on the clean up asking if I would pay for the upgrade, I may have said yes. Although I have been able to get dog hair out of my car with a regular shop vac. There was a white film all over the plastic of my vehicle, the carpets seemed to have dust carved into them with the end of a vacuum, the seats had residual dust FROM the vacuum head on them, the dashboard was dusty, the vents had dust in them that I plucked out BY HAND after the "detailing job", the windshield was smeared and not wiped properly, the edges of the door were covered in dirt and dust that was not there prior, and the entire car had just been left in a horrible state. The fact that they placed the paper foot guards on the floor mats showed their effort to cover up their biggest mistake was unbelievable. I have photos of this all and will be willing to share them publically, as I would hate for anyone else to go through this insulting ordeal. I chose not to speak to the gentleman inside that dealt with me, as I was very fed up and they were closing as I was the last customer. I see no reason for such neglect to finish a job properly, even if it is the "basic" package. Does a basic package result in negligence to display any effort as its not worth ($$) the time? I don't know where to proceed, as I don't want my vehicle worked on by your company. I would just like this to serve as a warning to others looking to have their vehicles detailed by this company.
