I came to work from the agency but we were just everyones slave. After the second day they put me to lift the heavy windows inside the hot trailer. I could barely lift it and some black dude was getting mad but it was my first day. I'm not putting up with 10 hours of this for $11 an hour they can miss me with that. Plus they never paid me after a month because of their silly mistake. They lost my time card and have no idea who my manager was.

Great experience. Angel and team made final adjustments on a new home installation. As with any large project, there is aways a punch list. Appreciated the followup and attention to meeting our expectations.

They're dedicated to their craft, I don't think anyone walking in will doubt that, but they talk big a game about being "non judgemental" (my words not theirs), friendly, and ACCEPTING.... I'll let you judge that yourself because that was not my experience with them personally.

For something as custom/expensive as these windows are, you'd think there would be better quality control and certainly better customer service when addressing problems. Not impressed...
