Beyond excellent work and customer service. I had a small scuff and dent on the rear of my vehicle. The day I showed up to drop my car off for four days they already had the rental car paperwork filled out. All I had to do was sign and I was on my way. You wouldn't even know the car was damaged once they were done with it. To top it off they detailed the interior of the car, waxed the entire exterior, cleaned the tires, conditioned the leather and gave me a coupon for a free detailing. Amazing customer service from start to finish.

Great workmanship! Staff are friendly and the service was awesome. They will take care of your car and your paperworks as well. They will make sure that customers will never face all the troubles in dealing with your insurance claims. If you are eligible for a loaner car through your extended auto insurance they will provide you one. Provides updates too and minor exterior and interior detailing for free! Thank you! Highly recommended!

All contact was very professional. My car was done on time with regular updates. They arranged the rental car and had it waiting for me when I dropped my vehicle off and it was returned in like new clean condition! All thumbs up :)

Dealerships always tell you your car never looks as good as the day you drive it off the lot. But the day I picked it up from Bergens Auto Body & Collision Centre, it felt like a brand new car once again. You guys went above and beyond, I highly recommend!
