Good price and service when they actually do it. Took our car to get a chip filled on Thursday, guy looked at it and said to come back on Friday at 3:30. They wrote the time down and my name. Go to what seemed like an appointment and was told to come back on Monday at 8:30. Called first to confirm they would actually do it this time and they did. Why tell someone a date and time if you don't intend on keeping it and don't even call to reschedule. Very annoying.

Four and one half hours after I dropped my vehicle (10am) off for a new windshield at All West Glass, I received a call that shocked me. Getting the windshield installed was to take four hours. I arranged for a friend to pick me up, took the day off work, and we found things to do until the time to pick up the vehicle. At two thirty I received a call to let me know the new windshield would not be installed today due to staff shortage. Wow! When I went into the shop to get my vehicle they manger was less than sympathetic. In the past I have had great experience with this company but something has changed. Would a company that really cared about their customers have done anything different? We have several vehicles and All West has now lost a customer.

$1000 (above price of window) to install a $700 bedroom window - yet took two guys just a morning to finish. They want a 50% deposit on both the window AND labor if the window is not in stock. Friendly enough, but they left a mess: vinyl & spray foam scrapings in planter boxes, sawdust and vinyl dust all over lawn where they set up their saw. Some mitered corners on trim are imperfect.
