Excellent establishment. Great value for the price. After being on the road for days and alternating between camping and hotels this was by far the best night sleep. The room was small, cozy, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, very clean and was made daily. The shared co-ed bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean and easily the nicest bathroom I've used since leaving Edmonton. The staff were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful. Always asking how things are going, if we need anything and always up for a chat. Complimentary coffee, tea and cold water at the office were a nice touch. Cons: The board walkways can be noisy when heavy footed guests are walking to and from their rooms as the walls are a little thin. But this is common at a lot of hotels.

My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing! I was really looking forward to staying at this location, but unfortunately due to changes in my itinerary I was unable to stay. I called a week prior to my stay and spoke with Manager, he was helpful and said that he would cancel my reservation fee free. I was delighted by the service I had received. UNTIL... I get a charge on my credit card for my stay. I called the hotel and they directed me to call Expedia, when I called Expedia they informed me that the hotel was denying the fact that I called... they said because there is no confirmation number that they could not assist me. I WAS APPALLED at the HORRIBLE customer service... to accuse a customer... I was insulted and do not recommend ANYONE to book at this location... I even had screen shots of the call history... yet the hotel still continued to deny the fact that I called. I even spoke to the same manager I spoke with! DO NOT STAY HERE, they are not accommodating in anyway. Extremely DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Stayed in a two bed room that had a single and a queen. Comfortable but firm bed. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was how much sound travelled through the building.

Just what we needed after a long motorcycle ride. Very clean, comfortable beds at a reasonable price for the Yukon! Free bike cleaning station, walkable to all attractions and meals. Rider friendly !
