If I could rate this company a 0 I would. The owner talks like she knows everything, when literally she knows nothing. Trash talks electricians, rude, no leadership experience. Legit just runs around telling everyone what and when to do things when she has absolutely no experience or reasoning to back herself up. Horrific , don’t work here . Once she loses all her employees maybe she will realize what an intolerable spazz she is 👋 . . . 🎤

By far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for firstly no professional way of starting off a relationship no hiring package, no standard set rate person I know hired before me 38/hr no airbrakes , I was told 38 than get my first pay cheque 32/hr no airbrakes told I have too get my airbrakes. Obtained airbrakes with no help from rgm 36/hr still lower than Previous worker .The owner hires oilfield electrical than scolds them for not knowing enough and than constantly talks behind your back too other employees and tells you who she's gonna fire and who's dumb and slow .The owner is an accountant by trade no trade ticket no engineering degree yet she still finds the need too talk down too you and figures she knows best cause she was taught second hand. company has been bankrupt still writes cheques so you will have too get them certified it's 2017 wow .no benefits no rrsp. No training no leadership no hiring package no standards not professional by any means you would be better off working at Walmart than this company they'll never make money cause their always late on scheduling
