Worst place. We tried to swap plates from one vehicle to another and cancel one so we didn't have such high monthly payments. Without going over everything with us and informing us of anything that was going to happen once we cancelled one insurance, instead we got screwed over by paying more for one vehicle because they didn't tell us we couldn't switch principle operator. I can't vote zero stars. But I would.

Horrible experience the most stupid company to work for! You start at 7am but MUST show up at 630-645am everyday if you're late before 7 even 6:55 you get in trouble and the foreman will get rid of you. Also when you're off at 3pm they like you to stay till 3:15am THERE IS NO OVERTIME! I was actually let go cause of this cause I demanded to be off at 3pm they did not like that one bit. Also apprentices you work on towers and towers suck! Allwest is a sweat shop! They don't care about their employees they don't like to teach they stick you on one job only that you're good at and that's it. Allwest is all about profits they hate teaching. Oh and must wear tool pouch at all times even when pulling wire through conduits and bending pipe! SO STUPID! Allwest is a HUGE TURNOVER guys quit and get laid off, terminated. I worked here so this is a legit review. Don't waste your time I told my friends that were interested in this company I explained to them and they changed their mind now.

Careful with their pricing. They charge $25 truck fee, 10% for over head (the office costs) and 5% for mark up (their profit) BUT what is the $85 per hour for? Should that not include the all of the above? NOPE because that is charged on MATERIAL as well as labour.. OPS. $$$$$ I called others and they were $80 to $85 with NO other fees. I hate companies that nickle and dime me.
