Thomas Heating & Electric installed a high efficiency gas furnace to replace our 50+ year old oil furnace. Service was professional from beginning to end. The quotation was detailed, outlining options and costs. Installation was done on the date promised and took two days. Followup was excellent with office assistance to file for a rebate with Fortis BC.

Came to the rescue in an hour. Other rip off techs need to learn fro Ron!! He knows how to fix not to repair something that is not broken!! Highly recommended!!

We have had two gas fireplaces installed by Thomas Heating and Electric. They have always been professional, courteous and the work has been well done and within budget. The other reviews on this page are not consistent with my experience. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional contractor and company I have ever dealt with (and I'm an old guy who has built 3 houses and reno'd 3 others. NEVER returns calls, never shows up. Why not just do everyone a favour and close your shop and retire? If I could give "minus stars" I would. Terrible!
