We had Fox & Sons do the installation of some retro-fit air ducting and an air conditioner unit in January of 2019. They also did installation of a substantial amount of new plumbing in the same month, replacing an old cast iron stack and plumbing throughout the house. They provided three estimates for each job, outlining what the options were. They were responsive to phone calls with additional questions. When we made the decision as to how to proceed they attended the job promptly, and did the work in a professional manner in a timely way. Their price for each job was a fair one. I'd definitely use them again, and recommend them without reservation. A job very well done. In the spring of 2019 we had them back to attend to another matter pertaining to the furnace. They were again very attentive, addressed the job promptly and with professionalism, and did very good work. Top quality service, very good communication, excellent work. This is a top quality team. Really excellent guys.

What great service Fox & Sons offers! From the initial chat on line to the moment Nick was finished the job we were kept informed and on time. No one likes to sit around and wait - with Fox & Sons we knew when our technician was supposed to be coming and he called to confirm that he was on his way. Thank you so much for your tremendous service!

Fox and Sons were very accommodating. A young man named Reese came to diagnose our furnace issue. He was extremely polite, very friendly young man. When Reese was questioning his findings, he called Shaun to assist him. Shaun came in and they walked through it together.. and together they worked through things! What an awesome teaching moment!! I love to see things like this!!! Well done Reese and Shaun!! And thank you for your great work, and dedication to your trade!

Excellent service and arrived extremely quick. We had an issue with our sump pump overnight. Left a message with Fox and Sons and they had someone at my door by 9am! Chris did an amazing and thorough job, and Allie the receptionist who returned my call was extremely professional. Would definitely recommend this company.

Roy was very informative and very up front with what needed to be done. He was cheery and very respectful too. Jeremy was also very helpful and had lots to share about the why and how of things. Questions that we had were answered to the fullest by Brent, Jeremy and Roy. Thanks so much once again~!
