I called on a Monday and made a 7 am appointment for that Thursday (5/23/19) with Mary (Office Manager) to request a quote on a few things at our house. Mary is very pleasant on the phone. On Wednesday (5/22/19), Mary emailed me requesting me to confirm the appointment for the next day which I promptly responded to. On the day of the appointment (today), no one arrived at 7am. I waited until 7:15 am and called Mary and she said a tech would be there in "a minute or two". At 7:30 am, I called again and no one answered. At this point, I was not sure if someone was even going to show up so I started to pack up my things to go to work since I was taking time off to request this quote (I start work typically at 6:30 am). I left my house at 7:40. At 7:41 am, the tech showed up. I understand that people run late and if that had been communicated with me then I would have gladly waited until the tech arrived. However, due to poor communication I'll look else where for my electrical services.

I have used Arnold Electric multiple times over the years & have never been disappointed. In the past they have installed a new meter box & switches. Today was no different, Pedro C. installed 2 bathroom fans with lights & he had to add electric lines/conduit in attic to supply the fans with electric. Pedro was very patient & explained everything very thoroughly the different options we had so we could make our decision. We were also very impressed with how Pedro conducted the Safety Inspection Checklist he was very methodical/thorough & pointed out very important things that we didn't realize. It was a great experience & I would recommend Arnold Electric.

Arnold Electric continues to impress me with each encounter. My first experience with them was as a second party, my client was under contract at a house and wanted to understand more about the electric in the house. Arnold Electric was prompt, accommodating and most of all, identified the many of dangerous and costly problems that needed to be addressed with the outdated & hazardous electrical setup. First hand experience with them, I just purchased a condo. Mary their admin reached out after I mentioned I needed an inspection on a bathroom outlet. They had a technician, Art over the next day. Art was on time, professional and he solved the problem within minutes! The previous owners electrician cut off supply to the outlet by mistake. Art had it fixed in no time. When it came time to pay, Arnold Electric has a VERY transparent pricing guide. It was laid out in print, exactly what I was going to pay and for the services I had used. I had such an incredible experience, I will continue to use them for my personal and professional needs. Use Arnold Electrical services, you will not be disappointed! (Picture of my now dimmable light below) Thank you, Art!

This company is absolutely the most professional and conscientious electrical contractor I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. I've used them several times from things like replacing my electrical panel, to wiring issues, to installing a ceiling fan. I will also use them for anything else electrical going forward. They're always punctual, courteous and clean. I'm very particular, and hard to please. I'm not afraid to call and complain about less than perfect service from anyone I hire. Arnold Electrical Service, thank you for all the jobs well done!
