I would give zero stars if i could. Do not use this company. they have also disabled facebook reviews on their page. i have had nothing but a terrible time with Sean and his company. nothing has worked right since the initial install. each time they came to my house they would change setting etc and it never fixed the problem. after over a year of their inability to fix the issue i had a 3rd party come and look at the system. they traced it back to a faulty wire and everything was fixed in less than an hour. no one from K&s ever followed up with me,ever. the last time i called Sean told me that for all the troubles he would wave 6 months of home monitoring. so when i got a bill for the home monitoring he told me to ignore it. he then sent the bill to collections. who does that? please also be very careful around what they bill you. they billed me for 5 hours of labor when they were at my house for 1 hour. when questioned they told me there service vehicles have GPS trackers on them so they can prove they were there for longer. the problem is they were at my neighbors house on a service call and the van was out parked on the street. they then reduced the charge to two hours as a "favor". be very careful with this company!

We Used K&S in our last home (security, surround sound, theatre system, etc) and were very pleased with them. We bought a show home recently, and even though it had a different system in place, we actually paid extra to have K&S come and replace the system as we are so pleased with the care we have received over the past decade with K&S. We are now waiting to hear back from Sean as we are interested in including more services and some additional installations in our new home. 100% suggest.

Had k and s come and install my home automation. Everything works perfectly. The install was great and they were clean and efficient. Everyone who ckmes to my house comments on how great it looks. Would highly recommend.

Just because you have a written agreement with this company, it apparently makes little difference to them. 1. Paid for cat 6 wiring but caught them installing cat 5 just in time before it was all covered up. 2. The alarm panel is mounted so flimsy it could easily come off the wall with little effort. 3. The TV source components (DVD and Sat/cable) are in a separate room in accordance with the agreed plans but no wiring was installed to control these components remotely. 4. The alarm monitoring fee was increased 57% without prior notice or explanation. You have to watch these guys every step of the process otherwise they may not follow your instructions. They might be capable of doing good work but I didn't see it and now that the project is finished it cannot be fixed without unreasonable cost and cutting into walls/ceilings.

We are extremely satisfied with our experience with K&S. Sean was very knowledgeable about the products & explained very well which made the ordering process quick and efficient. With fast response times, we found them to be very accomodating to our schedule for installation with no long wait for an appointment. The installation tech did a great job and we are very happy with their work.
