Our experience from start to finish with E.T. Mechanical was superb. From the first phone call on Tuesday to the consultation with Brent on Wednesday, to the install on Friday with Kraig and Tyler was very informative and professional. We would recommend E.T. Mechanical to anyone. We are very happy with our Ductless Mini Split install. You get what you pay for. Marlene & Jeff Kitchen

We just bought an older home that needed a lot of upgrades. ET Mechanical was able to give us a quote on extremely short notice. They removed our old oil tank/furnace/water heater, installed a brand new heat pump with electric furnace backup, upgraded our electrical panel and installed a new water heater. Although they ran into issues (beyond their control, NB Power etc.) they were able to get the job done in the timeframe they had agreed to and got it all done before we moved. Installation is clean and well done. We’re extremely happy with the work they did and would recommend them to everyone!

When our water pump needed a UV light, we tried this company on June 12 of this year -- yes, just a few short weeks ago. They didn't have the part we needed so they had to buy it from another local company. The technician didn't wear the booties when he came into my house. I was downstairs with him while he struggled to replace the unit. He removed the ballast (which is a long and fragile light bulb) several times before he could get it to install properly. He didn't have a new filter with him so I had to supply one from our inventory. For this "service", I was charged about $350. A week later, I was surprised to see an alarm appear on the newly serviced unit -- this alarm indicates that a ballast needs to be replaced (a ballast needs to be replaced about every year). I reset the alarm, thinking it hadn't been reset properly. A week later, the alarm sounded again. Again I reset it. In the meantime, the newly installed filter that we supplied was getting very black and dirty -- much sooner than should have happened. A week later the alarm went off for the final time -- indicating that the ballast MUST be changed. I called them back to arrange a time to fix this problem and they indicated that I would likely be charged another $99 fee. I objected but asked them to come out to fix it, as it needed to be done. On the day that they were supposed to arrive, they called to say the part wasn't in yet. I waited a few more days and when I called, I was told the part would be $350 on top of the $99 service call. That's another $450-- a month after the initial problem!!!! I called a different company who sent someone out the next day and charged $213 including a new ballast, replacement filter, service fee, and HST...... We haven't had an alarm go off since it was properly fixed the second time. Guess which company I will go back to .....

I called for a quote about my old hot water tank. Brent showed up and was professional and very knowledgeable. We went over quite a few options and figured out the best solution for my budget. What I thought was going to be very difficult work turned out to not be the case. I even asked about heat pumps and with the layout of my house its less than ideal. Truly thankful for the honest opinion, and I definitely going to get my water tank replaced with these guys! :)

Hardest company to get a hold of. They don’t answer calls or call clients back in a timely manner. My husband had to go in person to their location to get an appointment.
