They said would call back didn’t, when I called said that someone would call back and be there in about a half hour didn’t happen (was outside at his office no one there). Called him back to cancel (to be polite) as he had broken two promises and he hung up.

WOULD NEVER USE HIM AGAIN! James' crew left a hole in our roof after restoring power to our home after an ice storm (also told me it "Wouldn't be that much" - not sure how much he makes but $1800 is "much" to me). Squirrels got into our house through the hole. Called him and let him know and asked if he wanted to find a way to remedy the problem himself, he said no and that our "warranty was long gone" to which I replied, "What warranty? The electrical work is fine but you left a big hole in my roof." He said he would come by and take a look and hung up before I could ask when. He would not answer the phone when I called back. So my husband called back and he gave us a sob story about his workers unionizing and how the business wasn't really running anymore, etc. I'm sorry but it's not my responsibility to pay for your mistakes. And as an electrician I can bet that you're making more money than me with or without a unionized crew. I got the cheapest repair possible and when my husband called he said to send him the bill but that he would not be paying for it. My husband has stopped by the office several times but he refuses to answer his calls or come to the door when he's there. Obviously not very pleased.

Would never use this company again. Company hired to hang chandeliers. This company is not capable of this work. Hung them too low and damaged kitchen table. They also turned off the power to the hot tub and it froze in the winter. Calls to James to remedy the situation was ignored. This company does not stand by their work and they do not deliver what they promise.
