Suddenly one morning I had no power to any outlets in my master bedroom and bath. Being on my own I knew to check the fuse box but still couldn't get power. I called First To Call and was told they could probably get there the next day but Randy, the fellow I was talking to offered to walk me through the problem while on the phone. After directions at the electrical panel and the outlets, power was restored and I was so thankful to the time Randy gave over the phone in instructing me thus saving a house call and valuable wait time. I will not hesitate to call again. It was so refreshing to have friendly, genuine service. Thank you

I spoke to randy on the phone about my electrical problem, and although he wasn’t able to attend to it that day, he did help me understand the possible problem and solutions. I would usually just be given short answers and told off by other companies. Randy really has great customer service skills and showed me that he really cared.

Matt came to my house to help me with some random electrical problems I was having. He was very courtieous, on time, very knowledgeable and he took his time to make sure everything worked well. Not to mention his prices are very good! 100% recommend first to call to everyone.

I had written a review prior to this one when Randy was the owner and I could not say enough good. It was a 5 Star. His son has taken over and is still in the learning stage. He was prompt and completed the job on time but near the end of the job he told my wife "Just have your husband finish wrapping this electrical cord with tape." For $300.00 the tape should have been included. That is like "I did a brake job on your car but could you put the wheel back on?" Yes I would call them but this review is the reality of business.

Randy is VERY knowledgeable and helpful. He's a solid electrician and worth the call.
