I came online just to look up the phone no. for Ray Electric & was shocked to see the low star rating. Once reading the reviews (someone has the nerve to trash a company without ever having secured their services?) I felt I must write to inform the public. It's been a few years ago now, but I had Ray Electric install a new furnace for me I purchased from them. They were amazing. The son installed it at that time. Something went wrong with it right at the onset (a part under warrantee -- a manufacturer's defect -- not this company's fault) & they took care to replace that part, made a second trip here, didn't charge me, polite & helpful from the get-go. The owner was knowledgeable & courteous. I do wish they stayed open a little later than 4 p.m., but that doesn't impact their service at all. So, here's to you, Ray Electric (who have been in business over 100 yrs). You are doing things right, or you wouldn't last!

I have not had service from this business, but was searching for a place to do some work at my residence. After reading the responses of the business owner, I was astonished at the lack of the owner's acceptance of responsibility for his/her actions. The responses of the owner alone show the merit of the online reviews that were written.

My furnace was not working so I called and they sent the repairman within 2 hours. He solved the problem and I am so grateful for their service. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I bought parts for my e-Bike here. They were helpful but not that many parts. But I will still come back
